A few weeks ago, I was asked by CURIN to take part in their series of curator-led selections and curate the Interior Design category. Every two weeks, CURIN invites leading creatives from architecture, interior design, photography, art, film and advertising to curate the work that inspires them. Through personal selections and reflections, each curator offers a unique perspective on the projects, places and creative works that have shaped or inspired them.
For my selection, I chose eight projects that reflect the places, exhibitions and creative discoveries that have stayed with me throughout years of travel and exploration. The selection also brings together different interests of mine, from design and interiors to music and film.
Other curators for weeks 33–34 are Melodie Leung, Director at ZHA Architects, who has spent more than two decades leading projects across architecture, interiors, product design and exhibitions, and Daniel Furman, co-founder of Out Of Art. His selection explores works that illuminate the human experience while placing them within their broader artistic and historical narratives.
A curated alternative
Founded by photographer Simon Ladefoged together with architect Bjarke Ingels, CURIN was created as an alternative to algorithm-driven creative platforms. Every two weeks, internationally recognised creatives curate the projects that genuinely inspire them, creating a growing archive of recommendations across creative categories. Each feature is presented with editorial context and full creator credits, encouraging a deeper understanding of both the work and the people behind it. CURIN is entirely ad-free and supported by a €5 monthly subscription, signup to CURIN here.
CURIN Curator Features – Weeks 33–34 2026
“At a time when we are increasingly inundated with AI-generated noise, and when our exposure to art, design, and architecture is ever more heavily filtered through algorithms, genuinely meaningful exchanges have become both rarer and more valuable. The opportunity to engage directly with like-minded creative peers – to share what truly moves us, informs us, and inspires us – has become a form of cultural scarcity.
For me, this is precisely what CURIN is enabling. It is setting the stage for a meeting place where creatives can exchange real expressions, real references, and real sources of inspiration that resist algorithmic flattening. Curin creates the conditions for dialogue among creative equals.”
